Our story
A neighborhood meat market that never stopped cooking.
Our story begins in Detroit in the 1980s, where our family opened a neighborhood meat market built on hard work and a deep respect for quality. In the early 2000s that turned into grinder shops, and our recipes traveled with us.
What sets us apart is the details: homemade sauces from carefully selected ingredients, and fresh-baked focaccia bread on every sandwich.
